Did you know BHITC supports six urban church plants?!?!  Five in the Cleveland area and one in Akron!  Here are very tangible ways you can support the planters, their families, the church itself and its community.

Attend the worship services – As new churches are trying to get off the ground, having existing believers willing to attending services is a huge blessing!  These volunteers do not need to commit to every single Sunday, but regular or even periodic attendance will help the church to build relationships and meet newcomers.

Participate in outreach events – Church plants often host outreach events to get to know members of the community where they are planting the church.  This helps not only to build relationships, but also helps the church plant to best know the needs of the people in the neighborhood.  Volunteers are needed to help plan and/or attend these types of outreach events at our six church plants.

Pray!  – This really is the most important thing any of us can do for these church plants!  God can do so much more than we can imagine.  Would you please add these church plants to your prayer list?  Let’s watch together what God will do as a result!
