Common Threads leases space in our plaza. While major equipment and capital repairs are the responsibility of the landlord, minor maintenance tasks fall to us to perform. Common Threads is in need of a handyman or handywoman who is a jack of all trades in terms of minor maintenance and repair. Occasional needs include: Light carpentry, Snaking drains / toilets, Occasional power wash, Lock repair, and Replacing fluorescent bulbs and ballasts.

Time Commitment: As needed. Fits around your schedule and abilities. Able to respond within 1 week of request would be great.
Reimbursement for Expenses: YES!
Number of Opportunities: 1-2
Need to be at store: Yes!
