City Leaders
Why?
God is in the business of raising up leaders, yet none of us are meant to do it alone. When people build and leverage relationships, urban leaders such as small business owners, pastors and nonprofit visionaries can more deeply impact and sustain long-term change in their communities.
Where
We equip and develop city ministry leaders throughout the Greater Cleveland Area, seeking to unite leaders from the east and west sides of the city.
Our Approach
We cultivate new and expanded approaches to supporting city leaders with a desire to impact positive change. This takes place in a few ways, joining people together for deeper personal and community transformation. We train, grow, and deploy churches and people of faith for meaningful community work.
Transform 216 – an initiative of coaching and mentoring urban church planters.
Leaders in Faith Together (LIFT) – a capacity-building initiative for faith-forward business entrepreneurs and nonprofit visionaries.
